With so many different styles of pizza and even more people thinking they know how it should be done or which style is better, and as much as we love to discuss and debate which way is best, ultimately there is NO wrong way, not ONE right way or ONE style that’s better than the others. Pizza has to fit into the right moment, mood or occasion. We are guided by the different styles, but we make it our own, so be pleasantly surprised when you get our version of a Neapolitan with our thicker signature sauce and varied topping combinations! Our pizzas are more of an Italian/American fusion with similarities in their styles and flavour combinations – all ingredients are sourced from within the UK – locally if possible.
