Our menus are bespoke, but usually include the bigs guns being Brisket, Burnt Ends and Pulled Pork and a variety of smaller “additions” including things like cheese stuffed mini peppers, bacon wrapped mac and cheese cubes and halloumi. To complete the box, add in some smoked cream corn and some slaw. We have a great vegetarian/vegan menu too, so nobody misses out. Add in some of our home made sauces and you’re good to go. We’re members of NCASS (nationwide caterers association) and hold a 5 hygiene rating.
