I would say it would depend on the type of wedding you are hoping for. We would meet early on in the process as it will help you know what your budget will stretch to.
We are a unique venue, hosting our first wedding in 1883. We have restored the venue from dereliction, for which we won an award. It’s a grade two listed barn, with a stunning octagon shaped roof-hence the name. Having originally been a Quaker venue, it’s very fitting that it’s once again full of love and happiness.
We offer three packages, all of which are tailored to a variety of both budgets/requirements.
Our most popular packages are the Silver & Gold.
Silver: 3-day hire. 10 round tables, 100 lime-washed chivari chairs, 15ft wooden, parquet dancefloor, and 6x6m catering tent. Event Management throughout your event.
Gold: 3-day hire. Ceremony in either “Katie’s Barn” “Felicity’s Barn” “The Octagon Barn” “The Stretch Tent” or the “Rose Garden Pergola” 100 Beechwood Folding Chairs, and a legal member of staff required before & for the duration of your ceremony-
Plus, all that is in the silver package.
Our low season is Jan/Feb/March/Oct/Nov. High season is Apr/May/Jun/Jul/Aug/Sept/December
We are available to help with your requirements, and work with some amazing suppliers who we can signpost you to, who will make sure whatever you have envisioned comes to life
We sadly don’t offer accommodation here; however, we are very close to Norwich which offers a variety of places to stay.
You will be able to marry at our venue from 2023
We offer a completely unique, dedicated, and deeply personal event management style. We are a venue which only hosts one wedding a weekend, which means for three days, you will have the luxury of knowing you are able to make the venue into whatever you want it to be.
