As some of our items are unique, they are very popular and the sooner you reserve them the better. If you are looking to work towards a particular theme (we love all challenges!!) it may also take time to create bespoke displays for you. We will ask for a 25% deposit to secure your booking and the balance would be due four weeks prior to your event.
Generally, we work towards a minimum spend of £500. We not only provide individual props to hire, but we offer all sorts of packages ranging from beautiful ceremony and photograph backdrops to decorated barrels and cable reels, kids’ hideout tent, blanket stations, ladder shelves and so much more. We can provide props for every part of your venue which will create a warm rustic feel and although our individual prices are quoted on our website, we will do our best to work with you and offer discounts depending on how much you would like to hire.
Some people think that rusty old milk churns, tin baths and pallet wood couldn’t possibly provide a beautiful setting for a wedding. Hopefully we can show otherwise and also appeal to those of you who like unique and quirky things. We have sourced items like our extra-large picture frame and giant vases that will stand out from the crowd. We have a mad collection of six feet tall frogs made out of recycled oil drums (three-piece band, Bride and groom and two ushers). We can help with unique designs offering sketches and photographs for ideas. Where possible, our items are made from recycled materials and we will always endeavour to make, source or create any wishes you may have from the materials available to us.
As well as help re designs if required, we will of course deliver, set up and take away your items all as part of the service. We will be on hand to answer any queries you may have and hopefully help towards making your wedding planning as stress free as possible.

We are at present putting together displays for a Harry Potter themed wedding. It has been such fun working with our happy couple to bring their ideas to life and portray these images whilst maintaining the rustic vibe. They also wanted to combine some of the displays with a yin/yang theme which you would think impossible, but together we have come up with ideas that work and more importantly that they love.
Exhibiting at a recent open day, couples asked if we could provide props, ideas and backdrops for some interesting themes that they were considering for their weddings: Viking, Halloween, Alice in wonderland for example. By the time we got home our heads were already spinning with ideas.
So, the answer to this question is, yes, we are happy to consider taking on all themes suggested to us and we will definitely help if we can.
Planning your perfect wedding can be so overwhelming and often when you look into hiring décor for your venue, you have to contact many different suppliers to collect all the different things that you would like. Rustic and Bootiful have tried to put together a collection that will cater for all these needs and if we don’t have it, we will try and make it or offer a similar alternative. If you want to wow your guests with something different and quirky, a real talking point, we continue to collect unique pieces that will definitely make that sort of a statement. So, whether you want a more tranquil rustic vibe, crazy quirky accents or a completely themed affair, we are ready and waiting to help.
